JC Smith Enterprises (JCSE) is a white-glove delivery and business consulting company founded by Jahmirris Smith. We help aspiring owners build delivery businesses that can serve retailers, carriers, and their customers.
Our consulting program draws on hands-on experience with final-mile delivery of appliances, furniture, and other large products. We understand that starting a delivery company involves more than getting a truck. Owners need a business foundation, the right operating credentials, a dependable crew, equipment, carrier onboarding, and a plan for running routes day to day.
